Notices of new and reorganized stake presidencies from around the world.

A new temple president and matron have been called to serve by the First Presidency. They will begin their service when the temple is dedicated.

Eight stakes were recently reorganized in three U.S. states, Argentina, Peru and South Africa.

James D. and Martha A. Lash were called by the First Presidency to serve as a mission president and companion. They began their service in April.

The Bedfordview South Africa, Kamas Utah, Mesa Arizona Hermosa Vista, Perth Australia Rockingham and San Nicolás Argentina stakes have been reorganized.

The Church has 23 administrative areas — six that cover the U.S. and Canada; 17 outside of those two countries

New presidents and companions were called to serve in the Arkansas Little Rock, Bulgaria/Greece, California Roseville, Cape Verde Praia and Washington Tacoma missions.

“Whatever questions or problems you have, the answer is always found in the life and teachings of Jesus Christ,” said President Russell M. Nelson.

“I testify the Savior’s promise to abide in us is true and available to every covenant-keeping member of His restored Church,” said Elder David A. Bednar.

“Teaching your beloved child why we all desperately need Jesus Christ and how to apply His joyful doctrine is what will strengthen and heal him or her,” said Elder Ahmad S. Corbitt.

“He will always come … to raise our hopes back to life,” said Elder W. Mark Bassett.

“Remember that perfectionism is not the same as being perfected in Christ,” said Elder Vern P. Stanfill.

“Jesus Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem and the events of the week that followed exemplify doctrine we can apply in our lives today,” said Elder Ronald A. Rasband.

“What matters most is what lasts longest,” said President M. Russell Ballard.

“We believe in Christ. … We worship Him and follow His teachings in the scriptures,” said President Dallin H. Oaks.

“Brothers and sisters, we can literally change the world — one person and one interaction at a time,” said President Russell M. Nelson.

“As each temple is dedicated, the saving power of Jesus Christ expands throughout the world,” said Elder Kevin R. Duncan.

“As you continue to attentively catch hold of this thought of Jesus Christ … I promise you not only heavenly guidance but heavenly power,” said Elder Neil L. Andersen.

“Preparation for your patriarchal blessing will help you increase your faith in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ,” said Elder Kazuhiko Yamashita.

“As we strive to develop attributes like the Savior’s, we can become instruments of His peace in the world,” said Elder Ulisses Soares.

“Covenant keepers are blessed with the Savior’s relief,” said President Camille N. Johnson

“Becoming one in Christ happens one by one — we each begin with ourselves,” said Elder D. Todd Christofferson.
